By accessing or using Piano Readr at pianoreadr.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Permitted use

Piano Readr is provided for personal, non-commercial music practice. You may:

• Generate and print exercises for your own practice
• Share printed exercises with students in a private teaching context

Prohibited use

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish the Service's software, algorithms, or generated output for commercial purposes
• Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract the exercise generation logic, algorithms, or any server-side code
• Scrape, crawl, or make automated requests to the Service
• Create derivative works based on the Service's proprietary systems
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it

Intellectual property

All software, algorithms, and systems comprising Piano Readr — including but not limited to the exercise generation engine — are proprietary and protected by copyright law. No rights are granted except the limited personal use described above.

The printed sheet music exercises you generate may be used for personal practice and private instruction. They may not be redistributed, sold, or published.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Piano Readr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. The version posted on this page is the current one, and continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
